You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange
Contact Us
Email us at support@example.com or use our contact form. Include your order number and reason for return.
Get Return Authorization
We'll review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely with the return authorization number included. Ship it back to the address provided.
Get Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days or send your exchange item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer pays for return shipping: If you're returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you're responsible for return shipping costs.
We pay for return shipping: If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process and let us know what you'd like to exchange for.
Exchanges are processed as soon as we receive your return. You'll receive a tracking number once your exchange item ships.
